Selahattin Tek
He was born in Kütahya in 1966. He produced the replicas of Iznik ceramics made in 15th and 16th centuries for almost 15 years. With the experience he gained during this period, he began to experiment with quartz mineral, believing that the art of Iznik Ceramics should be apply with it.
He completed his rigorous research in March 2007. He produces all his plates,vases, and panels with high quartz body made of 87.5% quartz.
